Travis J. Laverne, MHS, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Associate specializing in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. A top graduate of Drexel University’s College of Medicine, he has received multiple distinctions recognizing his clinical leadership, innovative research, and unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
Travis completed an extended fellowship in Plastic Surgery and Advanced Laser and Light Therapies, distinguishing himself as a leader in complex procedural medicine and sophisticated energy-based aesthetic technologies.
Widely respected by peers and industry leaders, Travis is recognized globally as an authority and innovator in energy-based therapies. Natalie Dwier, NP

Natalie has been with The Garden since 2017 and is Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Natalie is a native of Voorhees, NJ. She attended Bishop Eustace, University of Scranton, and ultimately Drexel University. Natalie underwent further aesthetic training in South Florida where she became certified in laser and light technology.
She has a passion for neuromodulators (BOTOX), laser therapy, and fillers having treated 100’s of clients over the years. Her warm personality and positive attitude is loved by all. Her favorite product is Ageless Retinoid Complex.

Alyssa Hagenbucher, NP

Alyssa is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors from Walden University. She is a South Jersey local who completed her undergraduate studies at Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing. She has been honored with multiple awards throughout her education and career for excelling in patient care.
Alyssa has over eight years of nursing experience. She has spent the last four years devoting her career to aesthetics and dermatology. Alyssa has trained with world renowned dermatologists and aestheticians. She loves to learn and thrives on providing her clients with the newest, most up to date care.
Alyssa has a passion for aesthetic medicine and empowering clients to feel the best version of themselves. Alyssa’s favorite treatment is neuromodulators, and her favorite skincare product is the most basic, sunscreen!

Madison is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant from South Jersey. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Wagner College and went on to pursue her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from South University. She has always been passionate about a career in Medical Aesthetics, and completed rotations in Dermatology and Aesthetics, as well as receiving certifications in neuromodulators, dermal filler, and numerous energy-based devices. Her love of procedures and her attention to detail has transferred to aesthetic medicine. She prides herself in her ability to connect with patients and create a relaxed environment. She believes everyone deserves to look and feel their best. Watching her patients become more confident in themselves is her favorite part of being an aesthetic provider!

With a strong foundation in medicine and a passion for facial aesthetics, Gianna combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, balanced results. Known for her precision and gentle touch, she focuses on subtle, refined enhancements that help clients look refreshed and confident while maintaining their natural beauty.

Alex, born and raised in South Jersey, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University, completing a four-year program while competing as an NCAA women’s volleyball athlete. Growing up immersed in sports and continuing her collegiate athletic career shaped her love for health, performance, and the science of optimizing the body from the inside out.
Throughout her nursing training, Alex gained experience across psychiatry, pediatrics, medical-surgical care, maternity, population health, and oncology. This diverse clinical foundation allows her to approach wellness with a blend of medical knowledge, intuition, and compassion. Alongside her clinical background, Alex also has experience in the aesthetics and wellness industry, giving her a unique ability to merge medical expertise with comprehensive wellness and aesthetic enhancement.

Known for her warm and intentional approach, Briana offers personalized skincare routines and research-based treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her journey in aesthetics began in 2017, and she holds licenses in both North Carolina and New Jersey. Dana’s expertise lies in the art of chemical peels and rejuvenating hydrafacials. She’s widely recognized as an acne specialist, with a profound understanding of skincare solutions. Her passion shines through in her work and loves building relationships with clients and lifelong friendships with her coworkers. Dana’s favorite service is undoubtedly the transformative world of chemical peels along with LED therapy. Outside of work, Dana’s favorite activities include being a dog mom, spending time down the shore in the summer, as well being active in the gym. Dana D’Amico is not only a skincare expert but also a well-rounded individual who finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. Dana’s passion for skin health was sparked by her own persistent struggles with her skin, beginning at the age of around fourteen. These challenges and insecurities followed her through high school and into her early college years. Going back and forth with at-home treatments and following prescriptions for topical and oral medications, she found no lasting success. Determined to find solutions, Dana pursued a career in skincare, graduating from PB Cosmetology Education Centre in 2023 and securing a position at The Garden Medical Spa in 2024.
For Dana, skincare goes beyond surface-level treatments. It’s about educating clients—explaining the science behind serums and treatments, their effectiveness, and the external and internal factors that impact skin health. Most importantly, she focuses on rebuilding her clients’ confidence. Dana believes skincare is more than just layering products or rolling cold globes around the face; it’s a form of self-love often times overlooked. By pausing for a moment to focus on yourself in today’s busy world. She emphasizes that even though these acts may seem small, giving yourself grace and allowing kindness towards yourself is all apart of your well-being.

Eleni joined the team in 2020 and is now one of the lead medical aestheticians at The Garden.

Sarah’s personal interests include fitness, hiking, volunteering, and discovering great coffee shops. She is honored to be a part of The Garden Medical Spa’s aesthetics team, where she embraces the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on every person she treats.
