Dr. Michael D. Mirmanesh, M.D. is an award-winning, California-trained plastic surgeon and Medical Director of The Garden Medical Spa. A Drexel University graduate and former class president, he completed his highly competitive plastic surgery residency at University of California, Davis, where he trained in advanced modern plastic surgery techniques.
Named a Top 10 Plastic Surgeon in the USA Under 40 in 2024, Dr. Mirmanesh has performed over 3,000 procedures since 2020. He is also an internationally invited speaker, published researcher, and founder of Oto Angels, a nonprofit providing free ear surgery for children and young adults.
Licensed in multiple states across the East Coast and California, Dr. Mirmanesh is known for his expertise in facial aesthetics, body procedures, and advanced minimally invasive treatments performed under local anesthesia.

Travis J. Laverne, MHS, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Associate specializing in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. A top graduate of Drexel University’s College of Medicine, he has received multiple distinctions recognizing his clinical leadership, innovative research, and unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
Travis completed an extended fellowship in Plastic Surgery and Advanced Laser and Light Therapies, distinguishing himself as a leader in complex procedural medicine and sophisticated energy-based aesthetic technologies.
Widely respected by peers and industry leaders, Travis is recognized globally as an authority and innovator in energy-based therapies. Serving as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL), he lectures nationally and internationally and has played an instrumental role in advancing clinical protocols, provider education, and technology integration across the aesthetic industry. He is the creator of the internationally adopted SmoothGlo™, SmoothTone™, and LipGlo™ energy-based treatment protocols — proprietary, multimodal procedures designed to refine skin tone, enhance structural integrity, and elevate perioral rejuvenation. Drew Iaconelli
Drew Iaconelli oversees all five New Jersey locations and plays a key leadership role in operations, staffing, vendor relations, client experience, and marketing initiatives. Known as “the glue” of the organization, Drew is valued for her ability to keep teams aligned, supported, and performing at a high level.
She began her career in the beauty industry working reception at a salon and spa, eventually managing their spa department. After training in permanent makeup, she transitioned into medical aesthetics. Drew joined The Garden Medical Spa in 2023 and was promoted within seven short months—a testament to her leadership and dedication.
Her passion for innovation, strong organizational skills, and people-first approach continue to support The Garden’s mission of delivering scientifically backed, results-driven care. A natural problem-solver with a positive, solutions-focused mindset, Drew thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping both people and processes reach their full potential.
