Dr. John helped found The Garden Medical Spa and has established himself over the years as a pillar in the neuromodulators (BOTOX) and injectables arena. His inherent eye for beauty has allowed him to establish consistent results in injecting 1000’s of clients of the years.

He is rightfully highly sought after and is constantly trying to improve his techniques and ultimately client outcomes.

Travis is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine Physician Associate who excelled in his training at Drexel Universities College of Medicine, graduating with high honors and receiving the prestigious Dr. Benjamin Eskin award for his exceptional leadership, innovative medical research contributions, and compassionate patient care.

Renowned both nationally and internationally, Travis is a leading authority in laser and light therapies. He recently served as the Global Medical Director for the largest energy-based device company in the world, delivering cutting-edge treatments around the globe. As the clinical director at TGMS, Travis offers a wide range of surgical and non-surgical options, specializing in treatment of complicated aesthetic concerns and earning recognition as the region’s expert in treating skin of color and complex skin and body conditions.

Natalie has been with The Garden since 2017 and is Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Natalie is a native of Voorhees, NJ. She attended Bishop Eustace, University of Scranton, and ultimately Drexel University. Natalie underwent further aesthetic training in South Florida where she became certified in laser and light technology.

She has a passion for neuromodulators (BOTOX), laser therapy, and fillers having treated 100’s of clients over the years. Her warm personality and positive attitude is loved by all. Her favorite product is Ageless Retinoid Complex.

Alyssa is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors from Walden University. She is a South Jersey local who completed her undergraduate studies at Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing. She has been honored with multiple awards throughout her education and career for excelling in patient care.

Alyssa has over eight years of nursing experience. She has spent the last four years devoting her career to aesthetics and dermatology. Alyssa has trained with world renowned dermatologists and aestheticians. She loves to learn and thrives on providing her clients with the newest, most up to date care.

Alyssa has a passion for aesthetic medicine and empowering clients to feel the best version of themselves. Alyssa’s favorite treatment is neuromodulators, and her favorite skincare product is the most basic, sunscreen!

Madison is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant from South Jersey. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Wagner College and went on to pursue her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from South University. She has always been passionate about a career in Medical Aesthetics, and completed rotations in Dermatology and Aesthetics, as well as receiving certifications in neuromodulators, dermal filler, and numerous energy-based devices. Her love of procedures and her attention to detail has transferred to aesthetic medicine. She prides herself in her ability to connect with patients and create a relaxed environment. She believes everyone deserves to look and feel their best. Watching her patients become more confident in themselves is her favorite part of being an aesthetic provider!

Alicia is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (C.A.N.S.) with over a decade of experience in Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Medicine. She also doubles as the main recovery R.N. for The Garden’s plastic surgical patients. Alicia is highly sought after in aesthetics, having previously built a large following as an Aesthetic Nurse in Pennsylvania. Prior to the birth of her daughter, Alicia and her husband decided to relocate to Southern New Jersey.

Her fun-loving and easy-going personality allows her to make her clients feel at ease. Her primary focus is on natural results and it shows in her consistent outcomes. Alicia is thrilled to be part of The Garden Family! Her favorite service is IPL (Intense Pulse Light) and her favorite product is Triple Melasma Therapy.

Former Emergency Room nurse Leah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jefferson University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Rowan University. She furthered her training in 2015 when she completed a Functional Medicine Fellowship program with the goal of bridging the gap between traditional and holistic medicine to offer patients a more comprehensive and patient-centered approach to care.

With an extensive background in IV infusion, having developed a program with a Philadelphia-based practice to address myriad issues including chronic illness, hormone imbalance, and mental wellness, she now serves as the IV Infusion Program Director at The Garden Medical Spa. She enjoys offering the NAD+ infusion as she has seen the benefits first-hand.

In speaking of the benefits of IV infusion, she says, “We are cheating life.”

Jim Kushnerock is a registered nurse with a background in emergency medicine. After working in a number of emergency rooms during the COVID-19 pandemic, he shifted his focus to preventative medicine and weight loss. Today, his favorite service at The Garden Med Spa is the NAD+ infusion, which he says has afforded him increased mental clarity and improved sleep.

“Dr. Peter Attia said, ‘Better living through chemistry still requires better living,’” Kushnerock shares. “I like this quote because, at The Garden, we focus on lifestyle changes as well as the use of medicine and supplements to achieve improved health and weight loss.”

Nicole earned her undergraduate degree with honors from Drexel University in 2011. Today, with over 12 years nursing experience in burn trauma and critical care, Nicole is ecstatic to be stepping into a new chapter in her nursing journey as a part of the infusion therapy team at The Garden Medical Spa.

She is passionate about health, wellness and disease prevention and is excited for the opportunity to help people look and feel their best. Her favorite drip is “Happiness in a Bag,” because the infusion is packed full of powerful vitamins and supplements and provides a wide array of amazing benefits.  Her favorite quote is from Mary Oliver, who asks, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

John Morrone is a dedicated IV certified nurse, graduating from Our Lady of Lourdes
School of Nursing and Capella University with a BSN. With a passion for IV medicine,
he strives to share its remarkable benefits with others. Alongside his nursing career,
John is keenly interested in exploring aesthetic medicine. He finds fulfillment in
researching new medicines aimed at enhancing body composition and overall wellbeing,
driven by a commitment to improving patient care and quality of life.

Abby, born and raised in South Jersey, is a registered nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University. She has three years of experience encompassing emergency medicine, medical-surgical, trauma and cardiovascular critical care, and IV infusions. She currently doubles as a registered nurse working in the Cardiovascular ICU in one of the largest healthcare systems on the east coast.

Originally a client of the Garden Med Spa, Abby is now on staff and grateful for the opportunity to build trusting relationships with clients and work with them to individualize their treatment plans and reach their short- and long-term goals. Her favorite IV infusion additive is NAD+ because of the amazing energy boost and focus it provides.

Eleni is a certified skincare specialist, with a passion for helping clients achieve their best skin.  Her journey with The Garden began as a devoted client, where she experienced exceptional, five-star service and genuine care. Eleni joined the team in 2020 and is now one of the lead medical aestheticians at The Garden.

Known for her vibrant and warm personality, Eleni takes the time to understand each client’s unique skincare goals. She specializes in personalized, medical-grade facial treatments, a favorite of which is Hydrafacial paired with Dermaplaning. Her favorite product is Ageless Retinoid Complex.

“My days are all about pushing the boundaries to deliver treatments that are not only safe but also super effective,” she says. “It’s all about staying on top of the latest trends and evidence-backed techniques to achieve those stunning results!”

Meet Dana D’Amico, a highly skilled and licensed medical aesthetician with an impressive track record of over 6 years in the field. Her journey in aesthetics began in 2017, and she holds licenses in both North Carolina and New Jersey. Dana’s expertise lies in the art of chemical peels and rejuvenating hydrafacials. She’s widely recognized as an acne specialist, with a profound understanding of skincare solutions. Her passion shines through in her work and loves building relationships with clients and lifelong friendships with her coworkers. Dana’s favorite service is undoubtedly the transformative world of chemical peels along with LED therapy. Outside of work, Dana’s favorite activities include being a dog mom, spending time down the shore in the summer, as well being active in the gym. Dana D’Amico is not only a skincare expert but also a well-rounded individual who finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. Her favorite quote is, “When you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life.” Dana’s favorite product is PCA skin daily cleansing oil.

Brooke has always loved finding beauty in the world around her, a passion that led her to a career in medical aesthetics. She graduated with honors from the Medical Aesthetician program at Rizzieri in 2019. Originally from Georgia, Brooke brings a warm, comforting demeanor that combines with unparalleled dedication to her craft to offer clients the best of cutting-edge treatments, such as the dermaplaning + Hydrafacial + vitamin c booster combination and her favorite aesthetic service, Botox.

Elliana developed a passion for skin care as a youth growing up in South Jersey. She launched her professional career as a freelance makeup artist and gained a reputation as a master of facial contouring and blending. She joined The Garden Medical Spa after completing the medical aesthetician program at Rizzieri in 2018. Clients love her down-to-earth personality and positive outlook, as well as her steady focus on helping patients achieve realistic results. Her favorite treatment is Microneedling and her favorite product is Triple Melasma Therapy.

Maia is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and South Jersey native. She excelled in the Esthetician program at Rizzieri and graduated with honors. She has always been intrigued with aesthetics and new skin care trends. When the opportunity for Maia to join our team arose, she was thrilled to become a Medical Aesthetician at The Garden. Maia’s caring and loyal personality makes it easy to open up and trust her with your skin. Her favorite treatment is a Deluxe Hydrafacial.

Ashleigh started her career at The Garden Medical Spa in 2022 as our receptionist. While working full time, Ashleigh attended the Skin care and Esthetician program at Rizzeri Aveda School. Ashleigh also completed an extensive training program here at The Garden. Ashleigh’s favorite skincare product is the PCA Hyaluronic Acid, and her favorite service we offer is the Garden Platinum Hydrafacial.
